AT&T Mobility Network Outage Has Been Resolved

HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 28, 2024) – Washington County’s 911 Communications Center is pleased to announce that the network service outage impacting AT&T Mobility subscribers has been successfully resolved. AT&T Mobility has confirmed that their teams have isolated and rectified the issue, allowing subscribers to now resume calling 911 without any difficulties.

We thank the community for their patience during this time and appreciate the swift response from AT&T in addressing this critical matter. Residents are encouraged to test their devices and report any further issues if they arise.
