Water Main Break within Mount Aetna Water System

HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 5, 2023) – The Washington County Division of Environmental Management announces a water main break within the Mount Aetna water system.

Our dedicated crews are already on the scene, working diligently to repair the main break and restore water service to all affected customers in the Mount Aetna area.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we assure you that every effort is being made to resolve this situation promptly. The County remains committed to providing updates as repairs progress and service is fully restored.
