Washington County Dog Park Opens on Friday, May 16, 2025

HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 14, 2025) – The Washington County Department of Parks & Recreation announces that Central Bark Dog Park will officially open for the season on Friday, May 16, 2025. The park will be open daily from 9:00 AM until sunset, unless otherwise posted.

If visiting a county-owned park, please remember to follow park rules and regulations, clean up after pets, and keep pets on a leash at all times. To make a pavilion reservation call 240-313-2700.

LIBERAL LEAVE IS IN EFFECT FOR WASHINGTON COUNTY GOVERNMENT

Liberal leave is in effect for all non-essential personal on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, until noon. Essential personnel are expected to fulfill their duties as usual.
