HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 3, 2021) – With a near-perfect forecast for this Labor Day weekend, many citizens may choose to spend it outside and on a local waterway. The Washington County Emergency Management reminds citizens that as Tropical Depression Ida passed through the area earlier this week, the Upper Potomac River, Conococheague Creek, and Antietam Creek may be at higher levels with a faster flow over the next several days.
