Washington County Government Closed for Good Friday

HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 14, 2025) – In observance of Good Friday, Washington County Government offices will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025. County services will operate as listed below:

HAGERSTOWN REGIONAL AIRPORT

The Hagerstown Regional Airport administrative offices will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025 and re-open on Monday, April 21, 2025.

Airport terminal will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Allegiant air services will continue as scheduled:

  • April 18, 2025: 2:38 p.m. arrival and 3:28 p.m. departure for flights to Orlando/Sanford International Airport (SFB)

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Washington County Environmental Management offices will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025. All services at Forty West Landfill, and all other transfer stations, will be closed on Friday, April 18, 2025. All services will resume on Saturday, April 19, 2025.

TRANSIT

Washington County Transit Services will remain in service Friday, April 18, 2025.

BLACK ROCK GOLF COURSE

Black Rock Golf Course will operate as normal on Friday, April 18, 2025.

PUBLIC SAFETY

All essential public safety services will remain in effect.
