HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 7, 2019) – The Washington County Division of Environmental Management is excited to announce the Clean County street sweeper is well on its way to hitting the million pound milestone. In only 4 months of sweeping the streets of Washington County, over 500,000 pounds of debris and trash has been collected.
