HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 2, 2019) – TheWashington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Mummert Road between addresses 12613-12635 on Monday, August 5, and Tuesday, August 6, 2019. The road will be closed from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for pipe replacement.
