HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 29, 2019) – The Town of Williamsport will conduct the second of three planned power outages on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 to upgrade electrical service. The outage will only impact properties inside of town limits. Work is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. and may last up to 8-10 hours.

Town of Williamsport officials have advised residents to also use the Town Council Chambers as a cooling center.
