HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 21, 2021) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Mansfield Road between Smoketown Road and 18220 Mansfield Road on April 21, 2021, from 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m for drainage work.
 
The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area.
