HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 4, 2020) – The Washington County Department of Water Quality announces a road closure on Burnside Avenue between Crest Drive and Green Valley Drive. The road will be closed for sewer repair on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
