HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 29, 2021) – Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Bottom Road between the tannery to the quarry on Monday, November 1 through Thursday, November 4, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. for debris removal.
 
The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area.
