HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 7, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department will be conducting asphalt repairs on Porterstown Road between Red Hill Road and Mt. Briar Road. The repairs will take place on Friday, February 8, 2019 between 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., weather permitting.
