Mutual Agreement Made Between Board of County Commissioners and Chief Operations Officer

HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 28, 2019) – James B. Hovis, Chief Operations Officer, and the Board of County Commissioners have mutually and amicably agreed on Mr. Hovis’ separation from County employment. The Board wishes Mr. Hovis luck in his future endeavors.
