Join Us for Washington County’s Annual Groundhog Day Celebration – January 31, 2025!

HAGERSTOWN, MD (November 5, 2024) – The Washington County Department of Economic and Business Development will host the annual Groundhog Day Celebration on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Washington County Agricultural Education Center, 7313 Sharpsburg Pike, Boonsboro, Maryland. In the event of inclement weather, a rescheduled date is set for Friday, February 14, 2025.

This family-friendly celebration will showcase Washington County’s thriving agricultural community, featuring local products from a variety of farms, wineries, distilleries, breweries, and food trucks. Each ticket includes samples from every vendor, opportunities to purchase products, live music by the Cramer Brothers, and a free kid’s area for families to enjoy. Tickets are $10 each, and kids 12 and under attend free. Tickets are available for purchase at: wcmd.info/groundhogday.

Note: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that both the January 31, 2025, and February 14, 2025, dates are canceled due to weather.
