The 2026 Gaming Grant Cycle is now open. Complete applications will be accepted until April 30, 2026 3:00 p.m.
Applications turned in incomplete and/or after the above deadline will not be reviewed
The Gaming application packet must include all documents listed below. Each of these documents is in PDF format except for the Budget Narrative Worksheet. Scoring of applications will be completed using a scoring rubric. The Rubric is available for download here.
All complete applications and copies must be turned in by Thursday April 30, 2026 no later than 3:00p.m.
To assist you in the application process and answer any questions you may, we will be offering a workshop on Monday, April 6th from 9:00-10:30. It will be held via Zoom with limited in person option if needed. Please email us if you wish to participate in the informational session.

The Charitable Gaming Program is responsible for:
- Providing accountability of the tip jar sales within the County
- Issuing wholesale, operator, and temporary licenses for selling tip jars within the County
- Administering State Statute and Washington County Rules and Regulations
- Assessing fines, penalties, and denials
- Suspending and revoking licenses under certain circumstances
- Maintaining reports from licensees on all tip jar sales and operations
- Collecting monies and administering The Washington County Gaming Fund
- Providing professional advice and support to the Washington County Gaming Commission
- Issuing Bingo licenses
