Washington County Treasurer’s Office to Open at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025

HAGERSTOWN, MD (June 23, 2025) – The Washington County Treasurer’s Office will open to the public at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, to allow all staff members to participate in mandatory training.

This scheduled delay ensures the Treasurer’s Office team is fully prepared for the upcoming real estate tax payment season, which begins in July. The training session is essential to maintain a high level of service and accuracy for Washington County taxpayers.

The County appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation. Regular business hours will resume following the delayed opening.
