Washington County Small Business Impact Grant Now Open

Hagerstown, MD (June 12, 2023) – The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, MD, has allocated $5,000,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to implement the Small Business Impact Grant. Grants of up to $25,000 will be awarded. The Washington County Department of Business and Economic Development will administer the Small Business Impact Grant program.
Applications are now available on the Washington County Department of Business and Economic Development’s website at wcmd.info/sbig23. The grant period opened June 5, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., EST, and will remain open until June 16, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., EST. Applications will be accepted by electronic submission only. Completed applications will be processed and awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Eligibility requirements, grant performance, use of funds, and limitations apply.
