HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 25, 2025) – The Washington County Public Safety Training Center hosts Dr. Richard B. Gasaway, a nationally recognized expert on human error and situational awareness, for a specialized training program titled “Flawed Situational Awareness: The Stealth Killer of First Responders.”

This program will be offered on Friday, February 28, 2025, and Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Washington County Public Safety Training Center, located at 18350 Public Safety Place, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
