HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 15, 2020) – The Washington County Division of Environmental Management announces that effective at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2020, operations at 40 West Landfill will return to normal. The office will remain closed and be open by an appointment-only basis.
