Washington County Government Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday

HAGERSTOWN, MD (November 23, 2020) – In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Washington County Government offices will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2020 and Friday, November 27, 2020. County services will operate as listed below:
 
  • The Hagerstown Regional Airport terminal will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2020 and open from 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 27, 2020. The airfield will operate during regularly scheduled business hours. Administrative offices and the maintenance department will be closed.
 
  • There are no Allegiant air flights scheduled for Thursday or Friday.
 
  • All services at Forty West Landfill and all other transfer stations will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2020 and Friday, November 27, 2020. Services will resume on Saturday, November 28, 2020.
 
 
  • Essential public safety services will remain in effect.
