Washington County Career Expo Returns on April 17, 2024, at Hagerstown Community College

HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 5, 2024) – The Washington County Department of Business and Economic Development (DBED) is thrilled to announce the return of the Washington County Career Expo on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Hosted in partnership with Hagerstown Community College (HCC) for the second time, this event will take place at HCC’s Athletic, Recreation, and Community Center (ARCC).

Building on the success of the previous Expo, we anticipate a robust turnout of both employers and job seekers. Thanks to the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA program, booth space is available at no cost to employers, ensuring a diverse array of organizations from industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, local government, public safety, etc. will be present.

Attendees can look forward to engaging in job workshops, employer workshops, and networking opportunities. Whether you’re seeking new career prospects or looking to recruit top talent, the Washington County Career Expo is the place to be.

Registration is still open, so don’t miss out on this valuable opportunity. Join us on April 17th to connect, learn, and grow. Visit www.hagerstowncc.edu/careerexpo to register and learn more. If you require additional information, feel free to contact Linda Spence, Business Specialist, Washington County Department of Business and Economic Development at [email protected].
