Washington County Announces Early Voting Locations for 2024 Primary Election

HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 28, 2024) – The Washington County Board of Elections is pleased to announce the early voting locations for the upcoming 2024 Primary Election. Early voting will take place from Thursday, May 2nd through Thursday, May 9th, between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Voters in Washington County will have the opportunity to cast their ballots at three convenient Early Voting Centers located throughout the county (visit our website to view our Interactive Elections Map – https://www.washco-md.net/gis-home/gis-digital-spatial-data-maps/):

  • Washington County Election Center, 17718 Virginia Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21740
  • Washington County Free Library, Smithsburg Branch, 66 W. Water St, Smithsburg, MD 21783
  • American Legion Clopper-Michael Post 10, 710 N. Main St., Boonsboro, MD 21713

Early voting provides residents with the opportunity to participate in the electoral process at their convenience, ensuring that every voice is heard. The Washington County Board of Elections encourages all eligible voters to take advantage of the early voting period to make their voices heard in the democratic process.
