HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 15, 2025) – The Washington County Division of Engineering announces a temporary closure of Trovinger Mill Road on Thursday, October 16, 2025 and Friday, October 17, 2025, to allow for mill and overlay pavement improvements.
The closure will be in effect from 8:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. each day. During this time, no traffic will be permitted through the work zone.
The affected portion of Trovinger Mill Road extends from MD 64 (Jefferson Boulevard) to the railroad tracks.
Motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly and use alternate routes during the closure period. Washington County appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while these important improvements are completed.
