HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 23, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Hopewell Road from Wright Road to Milestone Terrace. The road will be closed on Thursday, October 24, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for guardrail repairs.
