HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 22, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Hopewell Road between Wright Road and Hunters Green Parkway. The road will be closed on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, from 8:45 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for guardrail repairs.
