HAGERSTOWN, MD (October 3, 2024) – The Washington County Highways Department announces the closure of Harpers Ferry Road, between Morgan Pine Road and the lower end of Hoffmaster Road. This closure will remain in effect today, Thursday, October 3, 2024, between 8:30 am and noon.
