HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 18, 2021) – Washington County Highway Department announces Federal Lookout Road will be closed on Monday, July 19, 2021, from 7:00 a.m. until noon for tree clean-up.
 
The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area.
