HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 15, 2020) – Looking for a way to serve your community? Washington County Parks and Recreation is seeking volunteers to help clean-up High Rock Overlook on Saturday, October 3, 2020 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided, and volunteers are encouraged to wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty.
