HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 14, 2020) – The Washington County Department of Water Quality announces the sidewalk on Maugans Avenue between Spriggs Road and Pennsylvania Avenue is currently closed for pipe repairs. The sidewalk will be closed on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 until 3:00 p.m.
The County encourages citizens driving in this area to be alert and for pedestrians to exercise caution while walking in this area.
