HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 20, 2021) – Washington County Department of Planning and Zoning announce the public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at Kepler Theater regarding a major change request (RZ-21-003) for the Black Rock PUD has been postponed. A new date for a public hearing has not yet been established. The County will notify the public when a new date has been set, along with the time and location.
