HAGERSTOWN, MD (January 25, 2026) – Due to inclement weather conditions, the Washington County Solid Waste and Recycling Department announces services at the 40 West Landfill will operate on a delayed schedule. The 40 West Landfill will be opening at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2026.
