Citizens Encouraged to Attend Public Budget Hearing

WASHINGTON COUNTY, MD (May 6, 2025) – The Washington County Office of Budget and Finance reminds citizens that a public budget hearing on the FY26 proposed budget will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the Public Safety Training Center, 18350 Public Safety Pl, Hagerstown, MD 21740.

Citizens may submit written testimony by emailing [email protected] anytime up to the start of the hearing.

The public budget hearing video stream will be available on Facebook – Washington County Government – Maryland; and YouTube – Washington County, MD Board of County Commissioners.

The hearing is open to the public, and public testimony is encouraged.
