HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 25, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 8:15 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Quirauk School Road between Mt Zion Road and Hells Delight Road. The road will be closed for pipe installation.
