About Groundhog Day
Join us for Washington County’s Groundhog Day! This popular winter event brings together over 350 attendees each year to celebrate local agriculture, food, and community. It’s a family-friendly evening featuring live music, kids’ activities, food samples, and the chance to shop local — all indoors!

Vendor Requirements
Provided for you
- • 3×8 foot table, covered by navy tablecloth
• 2 chairs provided per vendor table (others available)
• Commercial kitchen on site for cleanup purposes (must request in advance)
What’s Included
- All vendors will receive $100 check payable following the completion
of the event, which includes submitting the required vendor survey - Promotional posts on social media and website.
Requirements
- Vendors must provide samples of their products.
- Must complete The Washington County Health Department Permit to Operate a Special Temporary Food Service Facility
- Wineries, breweries, and distilleries need TAM certificate for at least
one employee present at the event
