Grant request examples include business planning. expanding marketing efforts, expanding or adding value-added endeavors, enhancing conservation and research, upgrading production buildings or structures used exclusively for agricultural purposes, and purchase of equipment or major fixtures.
Applications will be available starting November 25, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. on the Washington County Department of Business and Economic Development’s website at https://wcmd.info/ag-innovation-grant. The grant period opens November 25, 2024, at 8:00 a.m., EST, and will remain open until December 6, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., EST.
Completed applications will be processed and awarded based on their total score. In addition to scoring, awards will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, emphasizing the importance of submitting applications early.
