HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 30, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department is seeking snow removal contractors for the 2023-2024 winter season. The Highway Department is looking for 3/4 ton or above pickup trucks with plows, equipment with plows, and full-size dump trucks with plows and spreaders. The deadline for prospective inquiries is October 13, 2023.
