HAGERSTOWN, MD (August 23, 2021) – The Washington County Office of Emergency Management invites you to attend the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony as we commemorate the 20th anniversary. This event will take place at Hagerstown Regional Airport on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 5:30 p.m and is open to the public.
