Board of County Commissioners Appoint New Director of Environmental Management

HAGERSTOWN, MD (November 15, 2019) – The Washington County Board of County Commissioners is pleased the announce the appointment of Jeremy Mose to Director of Environmental Management effective upon the retirement of Dan Divito.
Mose has been with Washington County Government since May 2019, serving as Deputy Director for the Department of Water Quality. Jeremy is a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and Maryland licensed water/wastewater operator. He holds the professional designations of Associate Safety Professional (ASP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). His experience includes employee health and safety, training, employee development and environmental operations management.
Mose is a lifelong multigenerational resident of Washington County and a graduate of South Hagerstown High School. Jeremy earned Associate Degrees in General Studies and Alternative Energy Technology from Hagerstown Community College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from University Maryland University College, and is currently a graduate student studying Environmental Management. Jeremy currently, resides in Hagerstown with his son, Parker.
