HAGERSTOWN, MD (December 9, 2020) – The Washington County Public Relations and Marketing Department announces the launch of Operation Holly Jolly. Beginning today and running through January 1, 2021, Washington County invites small businesses to sign-up as we share specials, deals, and discounts being offered by Washington County small businesses throughout the holiday season. The information submitted by businesses will be shared to Washington County Government social media pages and on the website.
 
We recognize this year has brought its own set of challenges. Operation Holly Jolly is a way of showcasing local businesses and to share holiday specials while encouraging citizens to buy local and shop small.
