HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 20, 2019) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the following road closures due to high water:

Cresspond Road
Shank Road
Wishard Road
The intersection of Gruber Road and Ashton Road
Rockdale Road between Hicksville Road and Broadfording Road
