HAGERSTOWN, MD (November 22, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department will be closing Yale Drive, between Medical Campus Rd and Scholar Dr, on Thursday, November 23, 2023, between 8:45 am and 10:00 am for the annual Turkey Trot 5k.
