HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 19, 2021) – Washington County Government announces ARCO will be closing Wright Road to through traffic from Elliott Parkway to just south of the CSX railroad crossing on Monday, May 24, 2021, beginning at 7:00 a.m. This road will be closed for approximately 90 days to complete utility and road work.
 
The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area. Emergency vehicles will be able to pass through the area.
