HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 16, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Woodland Heights Drive between Maugans Avenue and Orchard Hills Parkway. The road will be closed onWednesday, May 17, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for tree removal.
