HAGERSTOWN, MD (April 24, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Toms Road between Old National Pike and Benevola Church Road beginning Tuesday, April 25, 2023. The road will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for pipe installation.
