HAGERSTOWN, MD (September 30, 2021) – Washington County Highway Department announces Ritchie Road will be closed between Wise Road and McAfee Hill Road on Monday, October 4, 2021, from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. The road will be closed for pipe replacement.
 
The County encourages drivers to proceed with caution while in this area.
