HAGERSTOWN, MD (February 23, 2026) – The Washington County Highway Department announces the upcoming closure of Kemps Mill Road, between Pinesburg Road and Walnut Point Road, from Wednesday, February 25,2026, through Friday, February 27, 2026. The road will be closed daily from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
