HAGERSTOWN, MD (July 28, 2025) – The Washington County Highway Department announces an upcoming road closure on Keefer Road, from Licking Creek to the one-lane bridge. The closure is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
