HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 15, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Houser Road. The road will be closed daily from Monday, May 15, 2023, to Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 8:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
