HAGERSTOWN, MD (May 3, 2023) – The Washington County Highway Department announces a road closure on Highfield Road between Cascade Road and Rt 550. The road will be closed on Thursday, May 4, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for swale and shoulder work.
