HAGERSTOWN, MD (March 8, 2024) – The Washington County Highway Department announces an upcoming road closure on Benevola Newcomer Road, from Alt. 40 to Barnes Road, on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. The road closure will be in effect from 8:00 am – 2:00 p.m.
